Thalia Collective Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase from Thalia Collective. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
We kindly ask that you avoid purchasing multiple sizes with the plan of returning the ones that don’t work out. If you’re unsure about sizing, we’re always here to help, simply email us at info@thaliacollective.com. We've been intentional about including detailed dimensions for each clothing item/bag on our website to make choosing easier. Please read the following returns policy carefully.
1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
1.1. Returned items must be in their original, unused condition; unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging. In other words, returned items must be in a resellable condition. Returns that fail inspection will be refused and returned to sender at the customer’s expense.
1.2. We cannot accept returns that show any signs of wear, including smells, marks/stains from makeup, deodorant, or similar substances. We maintain this policy firmly to ensure every member of our community receives their order in pristine condition.
1.3. In the event that an item was incorrect, damaged, or faulty upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@thaliacollective.com with your order number and clear photos. We’ll provide a prepaid label free of charge.
1.4. Original shipping fees are non-refundable under any other circumstances once paid.
2. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
2.1. To begin the return process, please contact us at info@thaliacollective.com first. Returns sent without prior approval may experience processing delays.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address along with clear instructions on how to send your package back.
2.2. When contacting us, please specify the following:

- your order number (including the #),
- the email address used at checkout,
- item(s) you wish to return, and
- reason for return.
- Your reason for return helps us improve our products and service- thank you for your feedback.
- Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address along with clear instructions on how to send your package back. Please note: return labels provided by us are not prepaid. Customers are responsible for postage costs when sending items back. You may also choose your own courier service instead, but please ensure it is tracked for your protection.
- Simply print your returns label and place all items being returned along with the packing slip into the package. Make sure to attach the label securely and remove or cover any old shipping labels.
- Drop your parcel off at a designated return location.
Important: If you prefer, you may use your own shipping provider instead of our prepaid label. However, this may result in additional delivery/customs fees beyond our control. We advise selecting a tracked shipping option for added security.
For international returns, any customs duties or taxes incurred on the return shipment are the customer’s responsibility.
3. RETURN SHIPPING
3.1. Customers are responsible for either requesting a returns shipping label from us, or organising their own return postage costs. If using your own courier, please choose a tracked service to ensure safe and timely delivery.
3.2. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of approval, and in all cases the item must be returned no later than 21 days from the original delivery date. Returns posted outside this timeline will not be accepted.
4. RETURN REVIEW AND APPROVAL
4.1. Once your return arrives, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the conditions for return. You will receive email confirmation regarding the outcome.
4.2. Approved returns will be processed for a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
4.3. We reserve the right to limit or refuse future orders from customers who show a pattern of excessive or unreasonable returns.
5. REFUND TIMELINE
5.1. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
5.2. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank or card statement, depending on your payment provider. If you do not receive your refund within this timeframe, please first contact your bank for further explanation. If issues persist, reach out to us at info@thaliacollective.com
Thalia Collective Exchange Policy
- At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
- If you need a different size or colour, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Policy Updates
Thalia Collective may update this policy from time to time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting and will apply to future purchases only.
Orders placed before the update will remain covered by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
