We proudly source our fabrics and beads in Nigeria and work with local artisans to create each piece.

How Do I Care for My Beaded Bag?
Your beaded bag has been meticulously woven by talented and diligent craftswomen in Nigeria. Adhering to the below instructions will give you the best chance at maintaining the shape, cleanliness and design of your masterpiece.
1. When wearing your gorgeous bag, do not force items inside. Only include items that naturally fit inside (i.e., keys, phone, lip gloss etc).
2. When not in use, stuff your bag with bubble wrap, stuffing paper etc, to retain its shape. No ‘overstuffing’ the bag! Please use material that easily fits into the bag.
3. When not in use, don’t forget to wrap/cover your bag. Have you ever tried to clean a dusty beaded bag? It’s not for the faint-hearted.
4. Avoid overloading your beaded bag with too many heavy items. This will cause the thread to slacken over time. Be careful with thicker and heavier items like power banks!
5. No tugging, pulling, squashing or mishandling your beaded bag. Preserve your masterpiece!
How Soon Will My Order Be Processed?
Orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days.
During busy periods (sales, holidays, launches), it may take up to 10 business days for dispatch. We appreciate your patience!
When Will My Order Arrive?
Once your order’s been dispatched, UK deliveries usually take about 5-10 working days to arrive. For international orders, it can take around 10–17 working days.
Please bare in mind that we’re a small team doing our best to pack and ship your goodies as quickly as we can—we're just as excited for you to receive them!
If delayed beyond 14 working days (for our UK belles), or 25 working days (for our international belles) check with your courier using your tracking number.

I Made a Pre-order, When Will My Item(s) Arrive?
We aim to ship your pre-order within 8 weeks after our pre-order sale ends.
We'll keep you in the loop every step of the way as your item is being made!
Can I Modify or Cancel My Order?
Please email customercare@thaliacollective.com as soon as possible.
Once your order is dispatched, changes can no longer be made.
How Can I Track My Shipment?
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
Please ensure your contact details are accurate at checkout.
How Do I Start a Return?

When Will My Refund Be Processed?
Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after we receive your return.
Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account due to bank processing times.
Can I Exchange for a Different Size?
We don’t currently offer exchanges.
Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
When Will My Size Be Restocked?
To reduce waste, we produce in limited quantities.
If your size isn’t available, check for an open pre-order window or join our mailing list for restock alerts and new launches.
